Blackwing Return Policy?

Blackwing602.com has a 30-day return policy. If not satisfied with the purchase, a return may be initiated within 30 days of the date the items were received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return requests can be made by contacting them directly at their email address. Please include the Order# and reason for return/refund in the request. Once the return request is received, it will be reviewed and instructions will be provided if it's within their guidelines.

If the product received was damaged or incorrect, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. If the wrong item was ordered, a new invoice will be sent for the correct item.
